V10 – Administration” and at least three months of daily practical experience.

• Administration within an Automation Engine System:
• Creating Clients and setting time zones
• Creating Users and UserGroups
• Authorization concept
• Agent assignment object (HSTA)
• System settings using UC_ variables
• Creating objects in Client 0
• Creating and Using templates
• Using the utilities
• Setup of Enterprise Control Center (ECC)
You can optionally book the workshop “Automation Engine V9/V10 - Administration
Refresher” in order to prepare for the exam.
