To learn more about Axios, visit www.axios-group.com Position Purpose The purpose of the position is to manage a patient support program(s). The jobholder is required to represent Axios in meetings with clients, partners and stakeholders . Duties and Responsibilities Effectively manage a patient support program by liaising with our client, as well as institutions including hospitals, insurances, NGO’s, physicians, nurses and patients. Ensure that eligible patients are enrolled in the program in a timely manner and in accordance with the project workflow and timelines. Ensure that current patients receive their program activities based on the needs establishment plan Prepare timely monitoring reports (monthly) with patient numbers and logistics as well as quality assurance reports (quarterly) for internal review. This includes monitoring and tracking patient files in collaboration with Axios staff in “real time” as patients proceed through the program. Maintain and update electronic program files, including patient and quality assurance data. Assist in developing and managing the relationship with the Governments as well as key national and international stakeholders in the country. Represent Axios at meetings and conferences. Identify opportunities for projects through discussion with clients or stakeholders. Develop and manage Axios budgets. Manage Axios day-to-day office activities, including supervising junior staff, as needed. Relationships Develop good relations with the Government, clients and key stakeholders. Work with partners such as governmental agencies, pharmaceutical companies, NGOs, political affiliations, and communities. Work with project team leaders as well as the various divisions of Axios. Maintain ongoing and frequent communication with project team leaders including Axios regional and global staff. Core Competencies Initiative Technical skills Presentation skills Project management Knowledge and information sharing Educational Background and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Nursing At least 2-5 years professional experience working in nursing and the healthcare sector, pharmaceutical company or biotech company will be preferred Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic is a must Experience with database design and management (Excel) Job Circumstances Frequent travel may be required. Flexibility in working hours is essential.
