We are writing to you today to request your support of the BC Wildlife Federation’s 58 Annual General
Meeting (AGM) and Convention, taking place in Fernie, BC from April 23-25, 2015. As you may know, the
B.C. Wildlife Federation (BCWF) is British Columbia’s largest and oldest province-wide voluntary
conservation organization, consisting of 110 member clubs and 46,000 individual members.
The BCWF is a province-wide voluntary conservation organization representing all British Columbians
whose aims are to protect, enhance and promote the wise use of the environment for the benefit of
present and future generations.
Over 500 participants from across Canada will be attending the two-day event to discuss a wide range of
conservation issues and establish policies to guide the Federation in fulfilling its mandate to protect,
enhance and promote the wise use of the environment for the benefit of present and future generations.
This year’s Annual Saturday Night Fundraiser will be held by the Fernie Rod & Gun Club in partnership
with the BCWF and is the largest fundraising element of the AGM and Convention, attracting more than
900 attendees. We encourage you to support our endeavours by making a donation to this year’s
fundraiser. As a registered charity, BCWF will issue a tax receipt for all eligible donations*.
For your convenience, a Donation Agreement is enclosed. Simply complete and return it via fax (604-8829933) or e-mail [email protected].
Your donation is greatly appreciated and will be recognized in our convention materials and advertising,
and on the BCWF website. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at
Local: 604-882-9988 or Toll Free: 1-888-881-2293.
Thank you in advance for your generous donation. To learn more about the BC Wildlife Federation,
