ROLEANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
TheAdvancedAnalystwillassisttheVP,HealthcareAnalyticsandotherteamrolesinsupporting
RadiusDataSolutionsbusinesslines.RadiusDataSolutionsprovidesopportunitiesforspecialty
pharmacies,physicianoffices,andIntegratedDeliveryNetworkstocreateactionableresponses
basedontheircollectedpatientcaredata.Thisincludesdatacollectionassistance,dataextraction,
reportingsupport,alongwithaccesstoresearchprofessionalsforstudysupport.Theanalystwill
provideadditionalHEORsupportfordataresearchandanalyticneedsoftheRadiusDataSolutions
customer.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
 AssistindevelopingandexecutingHEORresearchstrategiestodevelopHealtheconomic
evidencegenerationtosupportourmanufacturerpartnerneeds
 Assistinthepreparationofstudyprotocol,analyticresultsintheformofannotatedstudy
tablesandclientreports,journalmanuscripts,andabstract/postersforprofessional
meetings
 Assistinconductingprospectiveandretrospectiveobservationalstudies,costeffectiveness
research,comparativeeffectivenessresearch,chartreviews,registrytrials,patient‐reported
outcomesresearch,meta‐analysesandsystematicreviews
 Assistwithcomplianceofevidence‐basedmedicineandprinciplesforeconomic
assessment.
 AssistinthedevelopmentandpresentationofHEORstudiestointernalstakeholdersand
externalbusinesspartners
 Identify,gatherandconducthigh‐levelreviewofclinicalandeconomicliteraturetoassist
withthesynthesisofliterature,asrelatedtosupportingourbusinessneedsandpartners
 PossiblyparticipateinexternalmeetingsincludingHEORconferences,medicalsociety
conferences,andclientmeetingstosupporteffortstopositivelyimpactcustomer
relationshipsandworkprogress/futurebusinessdevelopment
 Participateintheannualstrategicplanningprocesstoassistinprioritizingcurrentor
potentialprojectsinalogicalmannerbasedonpotentialreturnoninvestment.
 ProvideanalyticssupportfortheentiresuiteofserviceofferingsforRadiusDataSolutions
ACCOUNTABILITIESANDPERFORMANCEMEASURES:
 Accountableforhighqualityresearch,peerreviewedjournalsubmissions,andother
research/analyticsorientedtasksrelatedtoincreasingbusinesslevelsandwork
 Successmeasuredbyrevenuegrowth,budgetarycompliance,andsuccessfulindustry
brandingofRadiusDataSolutions,asahighlyqualifiedHEORprovider/consultingservices
provider.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 MBA,Pharm.D,MS,MPHorMHArequired
 >3yearsanalyticsexperience
 Postgraduatetraininginhealtheconomics,healthpolicy,healthservicesresearch,
healthcareadministrationorsimilar,preferred
 Basicunderstandingofreimbursementcoding,coverage,andpaymentsystems
 Demonstratedexperienceindataanalysiswithafocusonhealtheconomicandoutcomes
research
 Assistinginprojectmanagementexperience;demonstratedconsultativemindset
 Experienceinmedicaldeviceorpharmaceuticalindustry,preferred
 Experienceinhealthinsuranceorhealthcaredeliveryindustry,preferred
