I, the undersigned registered participant of the Bestie Open challenge, which take place on April
25th, 2015 in Neratovice

hereby declare that:
- I fully sui juris for participation in competitions,
- organizers given consent to the collection and processing of my personal data within the meaning
of the law, solely for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the organization of challenge,
- I agree that I can be during races stills and audio-visual recording (the "Entry"), and that such record
may be used at any time organizer for marketing, advertising, promotional and related purposes or
may be provided to the media for reporting on the progress races
- during races abide by the rules established organizer of an event, I will behave with due respect to
other competitors and judges, and I respect all contest rules and adhere to generally accepted rules
of fair-play,
- I am physically fit to participate in these races, I am aware of all the risks associated with the
operation of plants, including potential damage to health, life and property, I take for myself this all
the risks and declare that participate in the race at their own risk,
- I was familiar with the operation of the event and agree to comply with all the safety measures
provided by the organizer,
- The organizer is not liable to pay compensation for property left outside spaces for storing it for this
purpose within the meaning of § 2945 of the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code
- I am aware that I have to act so as to avoid damage to health, property, nature and the
environment (§ 2900 et seq., Law no. 89/2012, Civil Code)
- I am aware that in the event of breach of this duty I shall be obliged to compensate for damage to
property, life and my health, other event participants and third parties (§ 2909 et seq., Law no.
89/2012, Civil Code). In this case, while passing up to the organizers and participants of all other
claims for damages.
