Notes
1. Score the card stock at 5½”, then fold and crease for the
card base.
2. Stamp Happy birthday in Wild Wasabi on the Designer
Series Paper about 1” up from the bottom.
3. Stamp Celebrate in Wild Wasabi on the Whisper White card
stock.
4. Tie a knot in the middle of the Wild Wasabi Cotton Twine.
Align the twine across the Painted Blooms Designer Series
Paper about ¾” up and adhere to the back.
5. Adhere the Designer Series Paper to the card front.
6. Adhere the Whisper White card stock to the inside.
7. Rub the Vellum with the Embossing Buddy. Stamp the
confetti from Celebrate Today in VersaMark® three times on
the Vellum. Leave enough room for the balloon nozzle.
Sprinkle with White Stampin' Emboss® Powder, remove
extra, and heat with the Heat Tool.
8. Ink the flags with Soft Sky, Daffodil Delight, Blushing Bride,
Daffodil Delight, and Wild Wasabi (left to right). Give the
stamp the “Breath of Life” and stamp the Whisper White
scrap. Repeat and stamp the envelope.
9. Cut the flags on the card stock and the 3 balloons. Adhere
the flags to the inside of the card.
10. Cut out the three balloons with the Balloon Framelits Dies.
11. Place 2 Glue Dots on each balloon. The confetti should
disguise the Glue Dots. Adhere the balloons to the top of the
card front. Draw a wavy line from the balloons to the know
with the Wild Wasabi marker.
