The staff received creative posters, yummy treats, coffee and doughnuts, and a special gift. On behalf of the Bevis Faculty and Staff, we can’t thank everyone enough for showing our employees how appreciated we are. Special thanks to Sara Huffman and Kelly Wortel for their amazing efforts this entire year working with the PTA Staff Appreciation Committee! You have worked hard, put in many hours, and you deserve recognition for a job well done! LAST CALL FOR RODEO SILENT AUCTION BASKETS In preparation for the Spring Rodeo and Silent Auction on May 15th, business partners and individuals are needed to donate, silent auction baskets. If you have a business or, as an individual, would like to donate restaurant or entertainment certificates, or as a gift basket featuring your business, please contact Becky Thoms at 740-4000, ext. 228. We appreciate your support! PTA UNIFORM UPDATE If your child will need new uniform shirts for the 2015-16 school year, be on the lookout for ordering details coming home on May 18th. Orders will be accepted through June 18th by check or online ordering at www.bevispta.com Our preorder process will ensure that all uniforms ordered by June 18th, will be available for pick-up at Open House in August. PTA BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPLY KITS The Bevis PTA is pleased to provide this convenient service for families to order your school supplies online! No lines at the store, no multiple trips…just a few simple clicks and your back-to-school basics shopping is delivered directly to your home. Please note: this service is NOT a fund-raiser, and prices are comparable to all major retailers with all brand name items . It is provided simply as a convenience to our Bevis families. Look for the School Tool Box flyer to come home this month. Supplies will be available to order starting Tuesday, May 26 and ordering will take place through Friday, July 10. Princ ipa l DATES TO REMEMBER 5/10 Mother’s Day FEE BASED SUMMER CAMP 5/11 1:15—Early Release The dates for the Bevis Summer Camp will be June 15 - 25th, meeting Mondays-Thursdays ONLY, to accommodate the 4 day district-wide summer schedule. Student hours will be 7:45-12:45pm. Please return registration forms as soon as possible as camps have filled up quickly. The Sports and Yo Ho Ho Camps are full. 5/14 7:20—7:50—SunCoast Bevis Mint BOOK FAIR IS COMING 5/18 Best Of All- - - LOADS OF FUN!!! The Book Fair is coming to Bevis! Opening day will be Monday, May 18 from 7:30am-3:00pm and the fair will be open from May 18– May 21. Please see the hours in “Dates to Remember “. A parent is required to be present after school or before school with their child.
