The Healix Travel Oracle iPhone App is designed to provide you with the best up-to-date information
and alerts about your destination. It offers complete country guides to give you in depth information
about your location, as well as tips and training on how to stay safe while overseas. Real time alerts
offer you the ability to stay abreast of developing situations.
The Healix Travel Oracle App can
be downloaded onto your
Smartphone from the Apple App
Store or from the Google Play
store
Register as a new user with the
policy number for your company:
FCO1511516
Your password must be between
6-20 upper or lower case letters,
numbers and characters

You will be brought to the menu
screen. From here you can view
the latest News and Alerts;
Country Specific information and
Pre-Travel Advice. You can also
create your own personal profile
and modify the Account Settings.
In your Account Settings enter your
emergency contact information.

Set a PIN to ensure your information is kept
secure. This is the number you will enter when
sending a Mayday alert.
Note that it is optional to send your GPS
location, images and audio when sending an
alert. Check the boxes based on your
preferences.

Go back to the main menu and
select Profile & Documents to enter
your details and upload medical and
travel documents. This provides a
secure place to keep a copy of any
medical records which you might
need during your travels, such as
medical reports and vaccination
history.
Return to the main menu and
select Country profiles to add
countries to your Watchlist.
Once on the Watchlist you will
be notified of any news and
alerts.

To trigger a Mayday alert, slide
right for contact options on the
main menu. Select the ‘Alert
Emergency Contact’ option to
send the alert, or ‘Call Healix
Emergency Assistance’.
Once a Mayday alert has been
triggered a countdown will
begin. You can cancel using
your PIN if made by mistake.
You can choose to send your
GPS location as well as images
and audio files taken at the
time of the alert.

Within the Healix Travel Oracle mobile app is our
eLearning course. Comprised of 7 video modules
and quizzes, the course will prepare any traveller
for their trip with topics including:

Getting Around Your Destination

Terrorism & Civil Unrest
Easily accessed within the Pre-Trip Advice section.
Clicking Travel Angel will take the user directly to
the course.
The entire course takes
approximately 45 minutes to
complete. The user begins with
the Core Episode and upon
clicking a video will begin.

To complete the e-Learning course,
watch all the videos and answer the
accompanying questions. Your
manager will automatically be
notified once you have completed all
7 modules.
On completion of the course, a
certificate will be emailed to
you and your manager.
