Bike the Heart Passcard Official Rules

HEART OF VILAS COUNTY BIKE TRAIL “BIKE THE HEART PASSCARD PROMO” OFFICIAL
RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18
years of age or older as of date of entry. Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees
and elected officials of Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce, Manitowish Waters
Chamber of Commerce, St. Germain Area Chamber of Commerce and Sayner/Star Lake
Chamber of Commerce (“Sponsors”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
and giveaway agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the
same household of each are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by
the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
HOW TO ENTER: Beginning Friday, May 15, 2015, through Monday, September 7, 2015.
Simply pick-up a passcard at any of the locations along the trail listed below, have it
stamped once in each of the participating communities, leave at the last stamping
location or drop in the mail to, Bike the Heart, PO Box 251, Manitowish Waters, WI,
54545, postmarked by Friday, September 11.









Multiple entries are accepted. Incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible
for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received.
RANDOM DRAWING: Four prize winners will be selected at random on Thursday,
September 17, 2015 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of Sponsors are final on
all matters. Winners will be notified by email only and have three business days from
the date of notification to respond. If there is no response within the required time
period, an alternate potential prize winner will be selected and notified. Odds of
winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES: One prize each will be given away to four winners and will include:

Boulder Junction: $100.00 Boulder Bucks Certificates

Manitowish Waters: Gift Basket from Manitowish Waters Area Businesses
Valued at $100.00

St. Germain: $100.00 Gift Certificate from The Hammock Hut

Sayner/Star Lake: $50 from Traditions Gift Shop and $50 from Greenweavers.
Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution
or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted. Fulfillment of prizes may take up
to 30 business days after the winners are notified.
ELIGIBILITY: All passcards must filled out completely, contain one stamp from each
participating community and must be received postmarked no later than Friday,
September 11, 2015.
