Welcome to Coach Osbeck’s Baseball Camp at Bishop Snyder High School. We are very excited to have you as part of
our summer camp. During this week of camp you will learn
the fundamentals of hitting, fielding, and pitching, as well as
overall baseball conditioning and base running. In the mornings you will be taught the fundamentals and the afternoons
will be spent putting your new talents to use during simulated
games. I believe in teaching kids how to play the game of
baseball the “right” way! It is our goal to work hard, learn a
lot, and most importantly, have fun!

The undersigned parent, guardian or legal representative hereby
consents to the participation of _______________ (name of
child) in Coach Osbeck’s Baseball Camp and all of its associated
activities.
Coach Osbeck is in his 12th year as Head Coach of the
Bishop Snyder Cardinal Baseball team. Coach Osbeck led
the Cardinals to the first ever regional appearance in 2012
finishing second in the district.. Before coming to BJS,
Coach spent 7 years as an assistant at Wolfson High
School. He graduated from Jacksonville University where
he played baseball from 1993-1997 and was named Team
Captain in both 1996 and 1997.
For and in consideration of the child being allowed to participate
in this camp and other valuable consideration, the undersigned
parent, guardian or legal representative on behalf of the child and
the child’s parents, personal representatives, assigns, heirs and
next of kin do hereby release and hold harmless the Diocese of
St. Augustine; a corporation sole; Bishop Felipe J. Estevez, individual; Bishop John J. Snyder, individual; Bishop John J. Snyder
High School, Coach Osbeck’s Baseball Camp; all organizers of
this camp all volunteers, chaperones, employees, and agents of
the said parties; and their personal representatives or assigns
from any loss or damage on account of any injury to the personal
or the personal property of the child, or death caused by negligence or otherwise, while the said child is engaged in the abovestated camp and any activities of the camp.
The undersigned expressly agrees that this release waiver, and
indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as
permitted by the laws of the State of Florida and that if any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance
shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
The undersigned parent, guardian or legal representative further
acknowledges that he/she is authorize to enter this agreement on
behalf of the child, the child’s parents, personal representatives,
assigns, heirs and next of kin.
I further authorize any representative of this camp to obtain
medical treatment or my child in the unlikely event of an injury
or illness during this program and I agree to pay any expenses
incurred for such treatment.
Camp Schedule
The entire cost for camp is $135.00 (non-refundable).
Each camper is provided a camp T-shirt and lunch.
Concessions will also be available.
