Patrol Activities can go ahead with at least 4 weeks notice to Leaders so that a troop council can
be called to approve the application and then so that Group Leader + District Commissioner can
have 2 weeks notice. Target badge work is to be done in your own time after negotiating what
you are going to attempt with your PL – PL’s report same to SL
