THE BODACIOUS BOARDWALK BAZAAR
& WINE FESTIVAL
Dear Wineries,
Thank you for your interest in THE BODACIOUS BOARDWALK BAZAAR & Wine
Festival to be held at Fort Monroe, Hampton, Virginia the first weekend in May. This is the
1, 2, & 3, 2015.
We strive to make this show a marketplace for unusual and upscale gifts, decorative
accessories, gourmet foods, fine art and upscale crafts and we look for exhibitors that
compliment this mission. Last year we had over 200 vendors and over 8,000 attend our first
year show. We are expecting over 12,000 this year with adding the Wine Festival.
We have GREAT hotel deals and a beautiful shuttle that will be picking up and
dropping off out of towner’s at these hotels throughout the day all three days. This will
also be available to our vendors at these hotels.
Wine tastings will start at 12:00 and end an hour before show ends. This gives the
wineries time to see the bazaar shopping area and enjoy being at this event.

SPRING APPLICATION TO THE BODACIOUS BAZAAR In order to reserve a space for the show you must then return this contract signed
along with a deposit for $200.00 (this will be refunded to you on set-up day). We
will also pay you $200.00 for pouring to be paid to you at the time of departure,
which you can receive as a check or apply to the next year’s deposit.
We will NOT hold any booths for you until your deposit is received. We do hope
that we will have the pleasure of having you as an exhibitor. We look forward to
hearing from you in the near future for acceptance into THE BODACIOUS
BAZAAR SHOW.
