POLICE DEPARTMENT UPDATES ~
“Ribbons of Respect”
Blue ribbons are popping
up across Berks County,
serving as a symbol of thanks to local police
officers.
***************************************
Borough Council has unanimously approved the
sale of the rail yard property to the Berks
County Redevelopment Authority. This sale will
provide greater opportunities for the growth
and success of the Colebrookdale Railroad and
the Borough.
The policemen need to see that we do support
them and recognize how much they mean to the
safety of our community.
**************************************
Residents are encouraged to show their support
of our law enforcement and are encouraged to
display the ribbons outside of homes or
businesses between March 20 and April 20.
FINALLY
SPRING IS IN THE AIR
I SEE SOME GREENING, NOT

OUR STREET CREW IS

PAVEMENT OF DEBRIS FROM A VERY
LONG WINTER.
IT’S TIME TO PRETTY OUR LITTLE TOWN!
I AM READY TO PLANT SOME FLOWERS.
HOW ABOUT YOU!
Take a moment to send a card of support to
your local police. Most importantly, if you see a
police officer, be sure to thank them for their
service.
