At Bry-Air, we understand the importance of great customer support and after-sale service. We have
dedicated ourselves to creating a world-class customer support organization. While we have made
considerable progress towards this goal, we are continuously investing to provide WOW customer service.
This starts with employing the best talent available. The following is a result of our recent efforts.
Bert Whitaker joins Bry-Air, Inc. as Customer Service Manager
It is my pleasure to welcome Bert Whitaker to the Bry-Air Team as our Customer Service Manager effective
March 30th, 2015. Bert brings a wealth of HVAC experience to this position with over 30 years of
comprehensive service manager experience. This experience includes leading teams of as many as 15 service
technicians. He has built a reputation for providing outstanding customer service, developing new business
and creating a culture of teamwork and excellence in the service organizations he has led.
In addition, to Bert Whitaker taking the role as Customer Service Manager, Bry-Air will be adding the
following talent to our team reporting to Bert Whitaker:
Erick Linker joins Bry-Air, Inc. as Field Service Technician
Erick comes to Bry-Air with over 30 years of HVAC experience including 7 years in the desiccant
dehumidification industry. Erick will be based in Columbus, Ohio.
Josh Robinson joins Bry-Air, Inc. as Field Service Technician
Josh proudly served in the United States Navy for 10 years where he rose to the rank of Staff Sargent. He
joins us from the Kean Group where he was an electronic technician. Josh will be based in Tioga,
Pennsylvania.
Finally, I’d like to thank Scott Schanken for the contributions he has made to Bry-Air, Inc. during the 10
years he was a member of our team. Scott is leaving Bry-Air to pursue other interests. We wish him well.
