About the organisers
The BFSA is the UK Fulbright alumni association. Founded in 1982 as a registered charity (No. 292242)
the association provides a network to create and maintain links between Fulbrighters, past and present.
The US-UK Fulbright Commission was founded in 1948 to promote mutual cultural understanding
between both nations. The Commission offers postgraduate, scholar and other educational awards to British
and American citizens.
The Bulldog Trust is a charitable trust that provides financial and advisory assistance to charities and
works to encourage philanthropy. Bulldog’s initiative the Engaging Experience Philanthropy
Network connects professionals with charities looking for commercial advice or skills for projects or
trusteeships. The EEPN looks forward to collaborating with the BFSA to encourage and support past and
present Fulbrighters find rewarding and interesting ways to volunteer their expertise in the UK.
The magnificent late Victorian mansion, Two Temple Place, is home to The Bulldog Trust and plays
host to its initiatives including the EEPN and many other charitable events as well as being available for
commercial hire.
