For various markets Canadian Solar is seeking a Sales Manager for PV modules (m/f) in Turkey Manages and develops Key Accounts in line with business strategy and marketing plan and sells company’s products in order to achieve sales targets. Located in Istanbul (preferred location). Key responsibilities may include: − Generate modules sales in defined region − Closure of supply relationships with Key Accounts, this shall include: • Intensive cultivation of relationships with local Key Accounts and acquisition of new ones • Acquisition of new Key Accounts by locating account’s decision makers and building stable sales relationship • Coordination with all internal departments to solve all commercial, technical and/or financial objections of the account • Negotiation of price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customer • Closing supply contracts − Ensuring of high customer satisfaction at all times − Representation of the company’s brand in front of sales accounts − Creation of awareness and demand for company products − Ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies and external regulation at all times − Documentation of the sales process and ensuring high data accuracy − Close cooperation with EMEA HQ in Munich Requirements: Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or comparable Master’s degree a plus Work Experience: Minimum of seven years of experience in sales Experienced in the sales of PV modules is a must Deep knowledge regional defined market and key players Technical Knowledge: Good MS Office skills Competencies: Entrepreneurial personality Result driven approach Proactive attitude, high initiative to take on challenges and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills High reliability and ability to work under pressure Excellent teamwork, communication and intercultural skills High flexibility and willingness/ability to travel (estimated 75%) Languages: Fluent in Turkish and English Qualified candidates please send resumes with salary history and earliest entry date to [email protected].
