qVortex, a development department of Khaoticen, is cooperating with multinational companies, government agencies and
law enforcement authorities worldwide. We are looking for talented candidate to join our team in Belgrade in the
development of ultimately secure video, audio, file, screen and chat telecommunication application software for various
telecommunication devices and telecommunication services, based on the integration of Qvortex ultimately secure
telecommunication technologies with existing client platforms or enhanced open source software.
VoIP (Voice over IP) EXPERT – full time job
Ideal candidate needs to have:
 Active knowledge of VoIP services and SIP protocol
 Experience with open source VoIP applications and services
(Kamailio, Asterisk, FreeSwitch)
 Experience with NAT traversal methods and protocols
(STUN, TURN, ICE)
 Understanding of feature delivery in hosted VoIP
environment (hosted services, SIP trunking, PRI trunking,
enhanced business features, etc.)
 Understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP signaling with
emphasis on RTP and SDP, network QOS, IP routing,
Ethernet switching and packet tagging mechanisms
 At least 1 year professional application programming
(C/C++ and Java)
 Ability and desire to learn and teach
 Ability to interface well with customers (internal and
external)
 Must enjoy the challenge of technical concepts and possess
the ability to communicate those concepts at varying levels
 Team spirit, but also ability to work indenpendently if
needed
 Good communication skills, flexibility and problem solving skills
 Ability to work in team oriented project management environment
 Self-motivated and ability to learn from professional literature
 Ability to present information concisely and identify key issues
clearly
 Analytical skills and creativity and innovative attitude
 Fluency in English
Advantages:
 Professional in application design and programming (3 year
experience with application programming C/C++ and Java)
 University degree in Computer Science or ICT module
(BSc , MSc expected)
 Familiar with Test Driven Development and knowledge of
some of the source code versioning systems (Git, SVN, CVS)
 Object Oriented Design and Analysis techniques and
experience with OO languages (C++ and Java)
 Knowledge of software development cycle and tasks with
dedication to writing clean and safe software code
 Working experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, Javascript,
JQuery, Perl and/or PHP
 Multiplatform programming (Windows, Linux, Mac OS X,
Android)
 Experience in ICT security (certification in security will be
considered as an advantage)
 Experience in designing, installing and maintaining secure IP
networks
 Software optimization and customization
 Software integration
