The house is located in a secluded and peaceful area above San Luis, two minutes from the paved road
and only ten minutes drive away from the charming market town of Tilaran. The international airport at
Liberia is approximately one and a half hour drive away on major roads and the capital San Jose, with
Costa Rica's other international airport, and the city's major shopping area, Escazu, is approximately a 3
hour drive. Coco, Hermosa, Flamingo and the Guanacaste beaches are a couple of hours drive away. !

The house sits in an open environment and offers lush scenery with plentiful bird and wildlife on your
doorstep. A myriad of leisure activities are close by and there is a cosmopolitan community with helpful
