CHALCOT LODGE PRIMARY SCHOOL – No 5231 SENIOR SCHOOL CAMP – NEWSLETTER No 1 15th August, 2015 2015 SENIOR SCHOOL CAMP Dear Parents of Year 4 & 5 Students, The Year 5 & 6 students will be attending ACE-HI Ranch, situated at 810 Boneo Rd, Cape Schanck, from Monday 20th April to Friday 24th April, 2015. The cost for camp is $380 and the cost of the surf school will be approximately $50 with current anticipated numbers. The final cost on attending the surf school will be provided at a later date. The students will be required to be at school by 8.30am on Monday 20th April and will be returning to school at approximately 3.30pm on Friday 24th April. The cost includes coach transport (with seat belts), meals and accommodation and camp activities. Full payment must be made by Friday 20th March, 2015. No refunds will be made due to the school’s financial commitment to the camp. To confirm definite numbers, a deposit of $50 must be paid by Wednesday 17th September. To assist with the camp payment, parents have the opportunity to make instalments between now and Friday 20th March using the vouchers provided. Payments can be made at your convenience. We encourage all students to attend our school camps as they foster social skills and independence. The camp provides excellent facilities and the surrounding environment enhances our Integrated Studies program. We look forward to your child participating in our Camping Program. There will be an information evening for parents in Term 1, 2015; details will be made available closer to the date.
