The Host Committee from the Victoria Fastball Club is excited to welcome you to the 2015 U14 Girls
Canadian Fastpitch Championship Jamboree. Before the event can proceed, we need help from each
of the teams participating. In this package, you will find information on accommodations, banquet
prices, souvenir prices, souvenir program requirements, practice schedule requests, batgirl
requirements, and a schedule of events for the Championship week. We would like all forms returned
by July 1, 2015. Your team may not be able to participate in certain activities if the forms are not
submitted by the deadline. We will be sending you the final draw for the tournament once we receive
it from Softball Canada.

Fastpitch’ when booking. We have accommodations with a range of rates so please enquire directly

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS SECTION (DEADLINE JUNE 15th, 2015)

Teams who would like their photos in the souvenir program must provide a 5 x 7 team photo
along with player’s names. Other information about the team player’s jersey numbers &
positions may also be supplied. Please send a paragraph of 500 words (maximum) describing
your team your goals, and your team history.

Photos can be sent in a high resolution jpeg 300 dpi format

Anyone knowing that their team is attending can forward this information now as we have
already started on the program.

BANQUET & ENTERTAINMENT SECTION
Tuesday, August 4th, 2015 from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm @ the Archie Browning Arena
The evening will include a buffet dinner followed by entertainment. The dinner menu is as follows:
Beef & Italian Sausage Lasagna and Vegetarian Lasagna, Caesar Salad, Greek Salad, Spinach Mango
Salad, Soft Drinks & Juices & Assorted Dessert Squares.
Cost is $20/person
We must receive a cheque made payable to U14 GIRLS CANADIAN FASTPITCH by July 1st, 2015 in
order to confirm the final meal count with our caterer.
Dinner Tickets will be given to the Coaches in their Team Package at the Coaches Meeting to be held
on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 3:00 pm @ the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel OR an arrangement can
be made to have tickets mailed to the Team Manager prior to arrival in Victoria.

The T-shirt, Hoody, Crewneck Sweatshirt and Sweatpants will be silk screened and the Hats will be
embroidered with the Championship logo. Don’t forget to include parents, grandparents and siblings!
Cheques are made payable to U14 GIRLS CANADIAN FASTPITCH. Pre-Orders must be made by July
1st, 2015 to ensure pick-up at the tournament.
