Intel – NUC Quiz Contest
Terms & Conditions:
This “Intel – NUC Quiz contest” (“Contest”) is organized by Intel GmbH or its affiliates (“Intel”).
Participation in this Contest is subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Participation in this Contest is opened for all Intel® Channel Conference attendees who are 18
years of age or older. This Contest will be held from 06 to 21 May 2015 in the following
locations: May 6, 2015 Hanover, Peppermint Pavillion; May 7, 2015 Leipzig Schkeuditz, Globana
Trade Center; May 12, 2015 Vienna/Vösendorf, Austria Trendhotel Pyramide; May 19, 2015
Munich/Ismaning, Ziegelei 101; May 20, 2015 Stuttgart/Sindelfingen, Stadthalle Sindelfingen;
May 21, 2015 Bonn, Beethovenhalle.
2. Employees of (i) Intel, and (ii) Intel’s vendors involved in organizing this Contest, are not eligible
to participate in this Contest.
3. Personal Information: If you are a winner, you will need to submit your full name, home/office
address, and phone number for prize delivery purposes. Except as provided elsewhere in these
Terms and Conditions, your Personal Information will only be used by Intel in accordance with
applicable data protection laws and regulations and Intel’s privacy policy referred to below, for
the purpose of administering your participation in the Contest, in particular for the delivery of
prizes to prize winners. All Personal Information collected will be retained up to the conclusion
of the Contest and then permanently deleted. For more details on Intel's privacy policy, please
see: www.intel.com/privacy. By submitting your information, you hereby consent to Intel
collecting and using your Personal Information for the purposes stated above.
4. Each participant in this Contest has to comply with all the following requirements in order to
participate in this Contest:
 Contest Mechanics:
a. Participant will have to integrate a NUC kit using the provided NUC components.
b. Intel person will stop the time and note name and time on a whiteboard.
c. Each person is allowed to participate one time.
 Winner Selection Criteria: There shall be three winners. Winners will be selected based
on the fastest. If there are two with the same time the lots decides the winner.
5. There is a total number of 3 prizes per city under this Contest to be won . The prizes are:
 1 unit of BioSport In-Ear Wired Ear Bud with Heart Monitor approx. 118,00 € for each
city per winner
6. Intel’s decision regarding the selection of winners shall be final and binding. No claim or dispute
whatsoever regarding the decisions shall be entertained in this regard. Winners will be
announced onsite at 17:00h and winner needs to be present to win.
7. Prizes will be hand over onsite directly after announcement.
8. Each prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other goods. Intel reserves the right to vary or
substitute a prize without giving any reason or prior notice.
9. Intel gives no warranty/guarantee and makes no representation whatsoever regarding the prize
(including but not limited to any warranty/guarantee or representation relating to the nature,
function and/or quality of the prize) and the respective user(s) of the prize shall use the prize at
his/her own risks. Where the prize is a manufactured item, it is subject to the respective
manufacturer’s terms and conditions for warranty, service and maintenance, and Intel does not
accept any responsibility for such item.
10. Intel reserves the right to change or terminate this Contest at any time without giving any
reason or prior notice.
11. Intel shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury, claims, damage or expense arising out
of or in connection with (i) this Contest or (ii) utilizing the prize(s).
12. Intel reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions for this Contest at any time
without giving any reason or prior notice.
13. All matters and disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or these Terms and
Conditions shall be subject to the sole decision of Intel, and Intel’s decision shall be final and
binding on all parties.
14. Where Intel has provided you with a translation of the English language version of these Terms
and Conditions, you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that
the English language versions of the Terms and Conditions will govern your relationship with
Intel. If there is any contradiction between the English language version of the Terms and
Conditions and the translation, the English language version shall take precedence.
15. Event Organizer of this contest is Intel GmbH, Dornacher Str.1, 85622 Feldkirchen,
Germany.
16. The judge`s decision is final.
