Making an appointment with your advisor
All appointments are scheduled, by the student, online using USF’s Escheduler website. This is to ensure that
each student is aware of the correct time and date of their appointment.
 To make an appointment with your own advisor visit: http://eschedule.forest.usf.edu/login.aspx
 Enter your 8 digit USF ID (U00000000) number and click submit.
 Select the Area of the advisor you wish to speak with.
 Follow the rest of the pull down instructions and select an available date and time. If a time is listed as
“Busy” then that advisor is already scheduled with another students at that time.
Appointments are available from 24 hours to 2 weeks in advance and a new day opens up every
morning. (For example, on August 1st, dates are available from August 2nd to August 15th).
