HHS 350 Fall 2015 Application Instructions
Once you have clicked “Apply” for the HHS 350 program of your choice, follow the steps below
Click on Step 1 “FILL OUT APPLICATION”

Review Program Selection
Pick a second location (optional)
Select Term
Upload a CLEAR copy of your passport (or a copy of the passport receipt)
Click “Save & Continue”
Review your application and click “Save Application”
Click on Step 2 “SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION”
At the top, your application will say “Congratulations! Your application has been submitted” at the top.
You will receive an email confirmation that you have applied to the program.
