Orland PD responded to a report of Raksha Ramdas yelling at customers outside Subway and passing
vehicles. Officers contacted Ramdas at the corner of Ninth St and Walker St. After investigation
Ramdas was admonished for trespassing at Subway and released from the scene.

was cited for possession of marijuana and released at the scene.
