To our Valued Dinner Hosts,
Thank you for your support of the Collingwood Elvis Festival and our talented Tribute Artists & Elvis VIPs who attend
each year.
Without your dedication and commitment it would be very difficult for the Performers who have to pay all their own
expenses including meals.
The following information should be shared with your staff so they are aware of the Program and how it works.
Each Tribute Artist & Elvis VIP receives a FESTIVAL ID CARD to be used throughout the Festival beginning Thursday, July 23rd
to and including Sunday, July 26th at ONLY Dinner Host locations listed within their Arrival package. Your location is on that
list!
A 15% discount is to be applied to the Tribute Artist total meal bill at time of payment excluding alcohol.
The coupons can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner based on valid dates, when you are open for business.
Each Tribute Artist & Elvis VIP will be receiving a Letter upon arrival asking them the following:
1. Please be courteous and respectful to the Staff and your Server at all times. The Dinner Hosts DO NOT have to offer you
discounts. They do it to support your involvement and to support our event overall. If you DO NOT respect the program
rules and the Dinner Host operators your privileges in the Dinner Host program will be suspended for future festivals.
2. Please remember to tip your waiter/waitress! They deserve to be treated fairly!
3. The FESTIVAL ID CARDS are NOT to be used for Alcoholic beverages of any kind!
4. Please note that your FESTIVAL ID CARD has our logo, the Manager’s signature, your registration number and your photo
on them so there will be a record kept accordingly.
