MaaS360 Secure Productivity Suite (SPS): Secure Container User Guide
Overview
MaaS360 keeps your corporate apps, documents, emails, and contacts, etc., separate from your personal content.
Corporate content is stored in a secure, encrypted container on your device.
Tap
to access the container. Depending on your organization’s security requirements, you may have to enter
a passcode to access everything inside the container.
Your corporate apps will appear inside the container. Red badges indicate that there are new items. For example,
the image below shows that the device has received two new emails and two new tasks.
Your organization may not have chosen some of the components of the MaaS360 Secure Productivity Suite, so there
may be differences between what is pictured here and what you have on your device.
The components include the following:
•
•
•
MaaS360 Secure Mail
MaaS360 Secure Document Sharing
MaaS360 Secure Browser
Note: MaaS360 Secure Editor is also one of the components, but it does not have an icon in the container. It is
integrated in MaaS360 Secure Mail and MaaS360 Secure Document Sharing, and is accessed from those
applications.
It can be accessed from an icon outside the container.
If you have any of these components, they will appear in the device’s Settings.
