An elegant dining experience. This package offers the ceremony followed by a sit-down luncheon service in the ship's elegant

popular locations. Package Includes: A dedicated Wedding

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please check wedding space availability with Carnival's Wedding Department prior to booking your cruise.
Please pay close attention to wedding license requirements, port regulations and boarding procedures.
Due to limited space all wedding reservations will be allocated on first comes first serve basis. Reception
rooms will be subject to availability. Wedd ings must b e booked no later than 60 business d ays p rior
to sailing. Only Carnival's Wedding Department can confirm the wed ding d ate, time and location of
y o u r c e r em o n y a n d r e ce p t i o n .
BOOKING A WEDDING:
Carnival's wedding department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. EST. All wedding couples
should book their Carnival cruise prior to booking their Carnival wedding package. Our Carnival Wedding
Sales Agent will assist you with the planning stages of your wedding such as the time and location of your
ceremony, reception, guests' lists, floral upgrades, wedding cakes, live entertainment, tuxedos, photography
services and video packages. A local wedding officiant (notary) will perform your ceremony. A licensing
coordinator will assist you in obtaining your marriage license through the mail (where applicable). Carnival
Weddings provide legally binding wedding services in accordance with the laws that govern the port in which
the vows are being exchanged. You will be contacted by your Wedding Officiant closer into the sailing to
coordinate all your ceremony details and explain the day's events from the time you arrive to the completion of
your ceremony. You may book your wedding by contacting a Carnival Wedding Sales Agent by phone at 1-800-9334968. Full payment is due at the time of booking your wedding. Weddings can be booked by phone with
a credit card. (all major credit cards accepted.) advance reservations are required if you would like to mail
in your payment travel agency checks, cashier's check or money order are accepted. Due to a limited
amount of space, if you wish to mail in your payment, your wedding reservation will be put on hold for 48
hours. No notice of cancellation will follow. Please call and check availability before mailing payment. Sorry no
personal checks accepted. All payments for wedding programs must be made payable to Carnival Cruise
Lines at MSGW-423S. P.O. Box 025431, Miami, FL. 33102. Attention: Carnival Wedding Department.
Please have the following information available when calling in your wedding reservation and be sure to
include this information if sending a payment through the mail: Carnival booking number, couple's name,
home address, phone number and number of attendees.
PRE-CRUISE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:
Carnival Cruise Lines strongly recommends that the bridal party arrives at least one day prior to sailing to
avoid late flights, traffic etc., on their wedding day. Coming in the day prior is not a requirement for the
wedding program, only a suggestion. (Anyone using Carnival's Fly Aweigh Program may need to deviate
their flights in order to ensure arrival in time for priority boarding). Early flights the day of sailing may not
be available due to airline availability or scheduling.
Travel arrangements such as flight times, transportation to the pier from the airport and/or Hotel are not
arranged by Carnival Weddings Department. To coordinate your Carnival's pre-cruise travel packages,
your travel agent must make arrangements with Carnival's Reservation or Group Reservation
Departments. For a nominal fee, Carnival's Air Sea Deviation Department will coordinate your customized
flight times; your travel agent must make arrangements with Carnival's Air Sea Deviation Department, no
later than 45 days prior to your cruise. Please note that the transfers that Carnival offers to the port will
not get you there on time. Please make alternate arrangements for prompt transportation to the pier.

PRIORITY CHECK- IN:
Priority boarding is provided for couples being married the day of embarkation, once the ship is cleared by U.S.
Customs. All wedding ceremonies are timed, priced and coordinated for the time allotted for your specific
package. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU NEED TO BE AT THE PIER AT THE TIME INDICATED BY YOUR
COORDINATOR FOR PRIORITY BOARDING. PLEASE BE PROMPT. COUPLES BEING MARRIED LATER IN THE
CRUISE WILL FOLLOW GENERAL BOARDING PROCEDURES.
WEDDING GUESTS:
The remainder of the bridal party and all wedding attendees will also be required to arrive for early checkin with the couple. Your coordinator will indicate the early check-in time that is required for your port.
Boarding for the wedding couples & their guests will commence once the ship is cleared by customs.
Non-sailing guests are required to disembark the ship at least one-hour prior to sailing. Your final guest
list along with payment is due to Carnival no later than 3 weeks prior to sailing.
Please Note: Guest's cancellation within the week of sailing
will be considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
THE WEDDING CEREMONY:
Civil ceremonies are performed in English by a Notary Public. Ceremonies in the ports of St. Thomas,
Galveston, New Orleans, California, Barbados, Nassau, Half Moon Cay, Jamaica and Grand Cayman are
non-denominational and performed by a Minister. Weddings in Cozumel are performed by a Judge.
Weddings are not performed on deck, at sea in the stateroom or by the ship's captain. A witness can be
provided if necessary. You will receive detailed wedding information and contracts after your wedding is
booked. (our local wedding representative in St. Thomas will mail ceremony information to you directly.)
Please complete the information in its entirety and return it to the address provided on the forms. Our
local representative performing your ceremony, can answer additional questions and explain the days
events from the time you arrive to the completion of your ceremony. Sorry due to time constraints
ceremony changes cannot be permitted the day of the wedding. Please contact our Carnival
Representative with any questions you may have pertaining to the actual ceremony.
TIMES AND LOCATIONS:
All ceremonies are performed in port before the ship sails. Carnival has chosen several locations on board
at which to have your wedding ceremony/reception. Locations are determined based on the number of
guests attending, length of reception and entertainment requests. Ceremonies are scheduled and
confirmed within two weeks of sailing, all times are approximate and can be delayed or changed due to
unforeseen events. It is not recommended that you and your guests plan shore excursions on the day
of your wedding.
FLORALS:
All packages include one bridal bouquet with matching boutonniere for the groom. Bouquets for
attendants and other floral upgrades can only be ordered through a Carnival Wedding Sales Agent or
through your Wedding Officiant. If you would like to bring your own flowers these must be silk due to U.S.
Agricultural restrictions. Any fresh flowers that are purchased for your ceremony cannot be taken off of
the ship.
PHOTOGRAPHS:
You will have the opportunity to preview and purchase your wedding photos during the cruise. Your
photography service includes, a Carnival photographer who will be present to take photos throughout the
ceremony, champagne toast and cake cutting, (reception if applicable), and will also take you for formal

portraits and to various locations throughout the ship.
Please note that only your Carnival photographer will be
responsible for providing you with information and prices
on your wedding photo purchases.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
All wedding couples are responsible for obtaining their
own license. You must obtain a license from the state
or island where your wedding will be performed. All
licensing fees are priced separately from our Carnival
wedding package and are paid at the time you submit
your pre-application. All licensing fees are nonrefundable. While most jurisdictions recognize marriages formalized in foreign jurisdictions, not all do. You
are responsible for determining whether a wedding performed in a foreign jurisdiction will be recognized
in your home jurisdiction. Carnival's wedding department will mail further information explaining how to
obtain your marriage license at time of booking.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Due to time restrains beauty salon appointments are not available the day of embarkation. It is suggested
if coming in the day prior to consult with your hotel's salon. Additional wedding package enhancements
are available and will be mailed to you at time of booking your wedding, including tuxedo rentals, video
packages (based on availability). Additional food and beverage service and live entertainment options are
also available on a first come first serve basis for those couples that have purchased a reception package.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Written cancellation MUST be received in our office by the date specified below if you wish to cancel your
wedding. Weddings must be canceled separately from your cruise. Cancellation policy is as follows:
Full refund if canceled 76 days prior to sailing, $150.00 cancellation charge 75 to 46 days prior to sailing,
50% of total wedding charges 45 to 8 days prior to sailing, no refund if canceled within 7 days of sailing.
CHANGE IN ITINERARY, CANCELLATION OR DELAY BY CARNIVAL:
Carnival has the right without previous notice to cancel, reschedule or delay performance of the Wedding
Agreement at the port of embarkation or any time during the cruise for any reason whatsoever, including
but not limited to (i) charter of the vessel, (ii) the ships’ Master exercising his discretion, for any purpose,
to deviate in any direction or for any purpose from the direct or usual course, and to omit or change any
or all port calls, arrival or departure times, with or without notice for any reason whatsoever, all such
deviations being considered as forming part of and included in the proposed voyage, or (iii) any reason
beyond Carnival’s reasonable control; without prior notice, and shall not be held liable for damages,
compensation and any inconveniences caused to our guests by reason of such cancellation or
rescheduling.
SALES TAX:
All weddings taking place at any of our U.S. Ports are subject to sales tax.
Please refer to the port package information for the applicable sales tax rate.

Couples providing own minister for religious ceremonies are limited to 15 -20 minutes.
