Student Leadership Team presents
Orders are being accepted for flats of annual flowers, hanging baskets, and patio pots. Each flat contains 12
packs of flowers with 4 plants each – for a total of 48 plants. Premium hanging baskets are 10” and patio pots
are 12” in diameter.
 Payment is due at the time of order. Make checks payable to CORLHS with SLT Flower written on
the memo.
 Flower pick up, at COR, 9545 Shattuc Road Centralia, IL between 3 & 6PM on Friday, May 8th.*

*The pick up date may change to Saturday-depending on the delivery schedule, but you will be notified.

Although there is a very good chance of receiving your color preference, only the variety is guaranteed
due to the Spring flower market demand.


 Congregation Orders must be received by Sunday, May 3rd, along with your payment.
 School Orders must be received by Friday, May 1st, along with your payment.
 All funds raised will go toward school supplies and athletic equipment. We thank you for your support!
