Scaffolding now down three floors on South West tower. Only one level of scaffolding remaining on
external North East side of the building.
East side roof lights framework
finished and West side almost
complete on 2nd floor inner terrace.
Insulation and gravel for middle area
of 2nd floor inner terrace have
arrived. Planters for East end of
terrace to be delivered this week.

External signage near complete.
Stair hand rails progressing on all stair cores.
Bedroom doors now fitted.
6th floor roof leak testing is being carried out.
Four out of the seven passenger lifts near complete.
The former electrical sub-station in Corsham Street has
been demolished. We apologise in advance for any noise
from concrete foundation break out work to be carried
out next week.
Remaining tower crane scheduled to come down on the
30th May 2015, as planned.
Completion of the rest of the building to follow.
The project is on schedule for completion in a further 12
weeks time.
