Student Volunteer Instructions for Chamber Choir – Friday and Saturday, April 24-25
1. On Friday, April 24, please report to Mr. Rob Chesire in the Heider Center at 4:30 p.m. for a rehearsal
on the stage.
2. On Saturday, April 25, we are depending on you to be there for your shift. If, for any reason, you are
unable to make it, please call Mr. Rob Chesire.
3. You should wear your Chamber Choir uniform.
4. Please park or get dropped off on the west side of the building and enter through the main
Campus Center entrance.
5. Please arrive at 6:00 p.m. and check-in in the Campus Center with Mr. Sean Joyce-Whipp and Mrs. Tara
Joyce-Whipp where you will receive your name tag. Please inform them if you are a work grant student
or NHS member.
6. The volunteer appreciation dinner is provided by Sam & Louie’s New York Pizzeria from 4:30 p.m.-8:00
p.m. in the Campus Center. Please eat dinner between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
7. After you have checked in and eaten dinner, please report to Mr. Rob Chesire at 6:30 p.m. for warm-up.
The Chamber Choir will then sing the prayer before dinner on or near the stage in the Heider Center at
approximately 7:05 p.m.
8. Brian Kelly, Josh Stoltenberg, Nate Misek and Ryan Wortmann will sing the National Anthem on or near
the stage in the Heider Center at approximately 8:10 p.m.
9. You must get permission from Mr. Rob Chesire before you leave for the evening.
10. As an incentive, your name will be entered into a drawing where you could win prizes including cash or
gift cards. To be included in the drawing you must check-in in the Campus Center (where you will
receive your name tag) and then complete your entire shift. The drawing will be held the week after
BASH at school.
