Oki! My name is Deloria Many Grey Horses
and I am from the Kainai and Yankton Sioux
Nations. I am a community activist,
photographer and videographer. Through this
photography project I would like to share the
stories of contemporary FMNI families in
Southern Alberta. Although, mainstream
media is filled with alarming statistics, many of
our community members and families are
making large strides. Raising healthy, vibrant
and happy families. Let’s celebrate FNMI
families and show Canada who we really are! I
am available for 1 hour sessions on the
weekends and evenings. Look forward to
