We offer a full service there, including screening for blood borne viruses - syphilis, hepatitis and HIV. Emergency contraception lasts for 3 days and sometimes five days after unprotected sex. This is available at all our sexual health clinics, GP surgeries and some pharmacies. If you cannot get a text slot appointment but need to be seen, you can go to the Cardiff Royal Infirmary Clinic, Monday to Friday without a text slot appointment. You will be assessed to decide whether you need to be seen by a clinician or make an appointment to come back to the clinic.
