Digital Account Manager MEC is looking for a passionate Account Manager to join the international team and ensure the long-‐term success of our key international client, Blizzard. MEC & Blizzard works together since 5 years for Offline media, 4 for online EMEA: 25 pays. From the Nordics to South Africa, and Russia… Managing the overall activation, even the creation through Arthur Schlovsky. The coordination is based in Paris, as the Blizzard EMEA HQ is in Versailles. 4 dedicated people + offline team when needed, A&I resources, strategist 50% of the online media is deal from Paris (RTB, YouTube, Microsoft, Facebook … and SEA) Key tasks and responsibilities of the Account Manager: Internal: • • • • • • • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and creative agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively Handling budgets, setting up and managing campaign costs and invoicing clients Working closely with third parties agencies to devise a media campaign that meets the client's brief and budget Day to day digital campaigns management Analyzing and writing client reports Monitoring the effectiveness of ROI based campaigns Undertaking administration tasks External: • • Negotiating with client and third parties agencies about the details of campaigns Presenting media work to clients for approval or modification Contact: Angélique Provost (Managing Partner) [email protected] Client: • • • • • • • • Develop a thorough understanding of our client business to conduct their strategy and anticipate their needs and future expectations Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables Meeting and liaising with client to discuss and identify their advertising requirements Presenting the campaign ideas and budget to the client Keep the client informed about media innovations and develop integrated communication strategies Negotiating with client and third parties agency about the details of campaigns Presenting media work to clients for approval or modification Having the full overview of your client media spending, the status of campaigns, competitors and ensure that the information is transmitted to the client Core competencies: • • • • • Leadership & Ownership Rigor Ability to motivate team members, creating a spirit of cohesion for collaborative work Good at priorities tasks and meet the deadline Provides assistance to others when they need it Requirements: • • • • • • • • • • Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience Detail oriented Technical and analytical competence (understand data, software, hardware, networks, trafficking etc) Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator High level of initiative and work well in a team environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well Undergraduate degree Excellent Microsoft Office level Fluent in English Contact: Angélique Provost (Managing Partner) [email protected]
