 Digital Account Manager MEC is looking for a passionate Account Manager to join the international team and ensure the long-­‐term success of our key international client, Blizzard. The coordination is based in Paris, as the Blizzard EMEA HQ is in Versailles. 4 dedicated people + offline team when needed, A&I resources, strategist 50% of the online media is deal from Paris (RTB, YouTube, Microsoft, Facebook … and SEA) Key tasks and responsibilities of the Account Manager: Internal: •

Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and creative agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively Handling budgets, setting up and managing campaign costs and invoicing clients Working closely with third parties agencies to devise a media campaign that meets the client's brief and budget Day to day digital campaigns management Analyzing and writing client reports Monitoring the effectiveness of ROI based campaigns Undertaking administration tasks External: •

Develop a thorough understanding of our client business to conduct their strategy and anticipate their needs and future expectations Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables Meeting and liaising with client to discuss and identify their advertising requirements Presenting the campaign ideas and budget to the client Keep the client informed about media innovations and develop integrated communication strategies Negotiating with client and third parties agency about the details of campaigns Presenting media work to clients for approval or modification Having the full overview of your client media spending, the status of campaigns, competitors and ensure that the information is transmitted to the client Core competencies: •
