Änderung des Mindermengenzuschlags auf Kleinaufträge
Change to the Handling Surcharge for small orders
Im Rahmen des F4T-Projekts gab es eine Analyse zu „Small order surcharge“.
Rexroth wendet bisher diesen marktüblichen Zuschlag nur teilweise an. Auch
liegt der bisher festgelegte Zuschlagswert unter dem marktüblichen Niveau.
Daher wurde eine Anhebung und flächendeckende Anwendung des
Mindermengenzuschlags („Handlingzuschlag“) für Kleinaufträge beschlossen.
One of the business elements analysed in the F4tT project was the
“Small Or-der Surcharge”, a common practice in our industry, but one
which is used inconsistently by Rexroth. Where we do use it, the rates
utilized are dramatically below the industry standard. We have decided
therefore that a Handling Surcharge for Small Orders needs to be
applied by Rexroth globally, and that the actual surcharge for third
party customers needs to be increased.
In Abstimmung zwischen den DC-Business Units wird der Zuschlag ab
1.3.2015 von derzeit 15 Euro auf 30 Euro angehoben und gilt für alle
Kleinaufträge mit einem Auftragswert von unter 100 Euro (bisher: 50
Euro). Die Regelung gilt sowohl für Vertriebsweg 10 als auch für Vertriebsweg 20
(Service).
Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass Aufträge von DC-Landesgesellschaften an
die DC-Werke von dieser Regelung ausgenommen sind.
Diese neue Regelung ist zeitnah noch innerhalb des Q1 2015 in den lokalen
IT-Systemen auf die neuen Wertgrenzen anzupassen bzw. umzusetzen (sofern
bisher noch kein Handlingszuschlag für Kleinaufträge bestand).
Für Fragen steht Ihnen DC-IA/SAC5 Herr Ullrich zur Verfügung.
In agreement with all DC Business Units, we will increase the handling
surcharge from the current 15 Euro to 30 Euro, for all orders with a
value less than 100 Euro (previously 50 Euro). This change will take
effect for new or-ders received from March 1, 2015 going forward. This
ruling applies for the SAP Sales Process 10, as well as Sales Process 20
(Service).
Please note that orders placed by DC country units with DC facilities
are excluded from this ruling.
This has to be implemented in the local IT order processing system by
the end of Q1, 2015. Should you have already such a process
implemented, then the new values noted herewith are to be effective
by the same date.
