Kugelschienen
Product discontinuation of Zinc-Iron coated ball rails
Kugelschienen in der Größe 15 – 65 werden ab Ende 2015 nicht mehr mit der ZinkEisen- Beschichtung von Bosch Rexroth an seine Kunden geliefert. Das Inkrafttreten
der branchenspezifischen EU-Verordnungen, die den Einsatz gefährlicher Stoffe in
der Elektroindustrie, hier WEE (Waste of Electrical and Electronical Equipment) und
ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), sowie der Automobilindustrie, hier
ELV (End of Life Vehicles Directive) regelt, hat bereits in den Jahren 2006 und 2007
stattgefunden. In diesen Marktsegmenten sind Cr6+-haltige Oberflächen bereits
verboten.
From the end of 2015, Bosch Rexroth will no longer supply its customers with ball rails
with zinc-iron coating in sizes 15 – 65. Industry-specific EU directives, which regulate
the use of hazardous substances in the electrical industry, in this case WEE (Waste of
Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous
Substances), as well as in the automotive industry, in this case ELV (End of Life
Vehicles Directive), came into force already in the years 2006 and 2007. In these
market segments, surfaces containing Cr6+ are already prohibited.
Es besteht in einigen Branchen noch eine Übergangsfrist innerhalb der europäischen
Union, die mit einem Verwendungsverbot für Cr6+ als Werkstoff im September 2017
in Kraft tritt. Um ausreichend Zeit für die Verwendung und Freigabe alternativer
Beschichtungen zu gewinnen wurde ein zeitnaher Produktauslauf angesetzt. In den
meisten Anwendungsfällen kann Resist CR/CRII als alternative Beschichtung für
Kugelschienenführungen verwendet werden. Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit
Führungsschienen aus korrosionsbeständigem Stahl (DIN EN 10088) Resist NRII
(geringere Tragzahl) verwendet werden. Bei einer Umstellung ist das vertriebliche
Produktmanagement gerne behilflich. Weitere Hinweise zur Verwendbarkeit siehe

In some industries, there is a transition period within the European Union, for which the
ban on the use of Cr6+ as material will come into force in September 2017. To have
sufficient time for the use and release of alternative coatings, the product phase-out
was fixed quite early. For most applications, Resist CR/CRII can be used as alternative
coating for ball rail systems. Moreover, it is possible to use guide rails made of
corrosion-resistant steel (DIN EN 10088), Resist NRII (lower load capacity). The sales
product management will readily provide assistance for a changeover. For further

Certificates for Linear Motion components
In der Arbeitsanweisung AA 51310-203 wird die Vorgehensweise bei der
Abwicklung von Prüfbescheinigungen für Kunden bei Komponenten festgelegt.
Es wurden Teilenummern und Preise für die unterschiedlichen Zertifikate
eingeführt.
Work instructions AA 51310-203 lay down the procedure for handling
component test certificates for customers. For the various certificates, part
numbers and prices were introduced.
The prices are not subject to discounts.
Bei den Preisen handelt es sich um nicht rabattierbare Preise.
Die Zertifikaterstellung ist ein manueller Prozess, die Anforderung muss über
LOG 16 erfolgen!
Die Übersicht und Teilenummern sowie der Leistungsumfang des jeweiligen
Zertifikats kann aus o.g. Grafik entnommen werden.

which extends lubrication intervals by 20 percent and

In a machine, which cuts, punches, and bends sealing strips as well as rubber
seals and mounts them onto aluminum rails, Solomatic A/S utilizes Rexroth
planetary screw assemblies. The result: more flexibility, less floor space
requirement, and significant resource savings during operation.

Easy Customizing (Cutting and chamfering of ball guide rails)
Bosch Rexroth stellt seinen Kunden zukünftig eine Anleitung zum Trennen und
Anfasen von Kugelschienen zur Verfügung. Dadurch ist der Kunden in der Lage,
aus Walzwerkslängen (4-Meter Schienen) Kugelschienen in der benötigten
Länge selbst zu adjustieren. In Verbindung mit dem durchgängigen
Austauschbau bei Bosch Rexroth Profilschienenführungen hat der Kunde bei
geringer Lagerhaltung die Möglichkeit, bei Service- und Notfällen sehr schnell
und flexibel zu reagieren. (Austauschbau bedeutet, dass jeder Führungswagen
kompatibel zu Schienen der gleichen Größe ist)
In the future, Bosch Rexroth will make instructions for cutting and chamfering
ball guide rails available to its customers. They will therefore be able to adjust
ball guide rails of rolling mill lengths (4-meter rails) to the required length by
themselves. In conjunction with the consistent built-in interchangeability of
Bosch Rexroth profiled rail systems the customer can very swiftly and flexibly
react in the case of required repairs and emergencies while keeping his
inventory low. (Built-in interchangeability means that every carriage is
compatible with rails of the same size).
Die Anleitung besteht aus einer Dokumentation, in welcher die Prozessschritte
zum Trennen und Anfasen beschrieben werden (einschließlich Konturdaten für
die Kugelschienenführungen der Größe 15 – 65). Ergänzend erhält der Kunde
ein Video, in welchem die Prozessschritte zum Adjustieren der Kugelschienen
gezeigt werden.
The instructions consist of a documentation, in which the process steps for
cutting and chamfering are described (including contour data for ball guide rails
of sizes 15 – 65). In addition, the customer gets a video, in which the process
steps for adjusting the ball rails are shown.
