No. 501-7325 COUNCIL CIRCULAR NO.7 Ser ies of 2015 TO ALL CHAIRMEN, GIRL SCOUT AREAS, DISTRICT/BARANGAY SCOUTING COMMITTEE, SCHOOLS DISTRICT SUPERVISORS, CENTRAL/SCHOOL PRINCIPALS, HEAD TEACHERS, DISTRICT/SCHOOL FIELD ADVISERS FOR ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS ALL MUNICIPALITIES AND TAGBILARAN CITY SUBJECT : AGE LEVEL COURSE FOR DISTRICT/SCHOOL FIELD ADVISERS DATE : MAY 12, 2014 Greetings! We are pleased to inform you of the Age Level Course for District/School Field Advisers on June 4-7, 2015 at Marina Yulo-Vargas Regional Program & Training & Center (MYVRPTC), Capitol Hills, Lahug, Cebu City. The success of the administration of the Girl Scout Programs in the Council and in the GS Districts depends largely on the knowledge and skills of the District/School Field Advisers. Hence, the need for the Council to conduct training for Distr ict/School Field Advisers to keep them posted of the newly approved roles and responsibilities as well as equip them with a clear understanding of the GSP mission, vision, programs, policies, structure, ceremonies and ways of work. It is also in this training that issues and concerns in today's challenge in Girl Scouting will be discussed and how they can be addressed. After the training, District/School Field Advisers are given Appointment for the triennium 2015-2018. Hereunder are the things to br ing: - One (1) new business uniform with scarf Two (2) new alternate uniform (white blouse & green pants) - Any GS Fun T-shirts paired with denim pants Closed black shoes for the Business Uniform Smart Casual Attire - International Costume Jogging/physical fitness outfit Rubber shoes, slippers Toiletr ies, towels Flashlight/ first aid kit - Shoeshine kit - Personal Medicines - Camera (optional) Registration Fee and Travelling Expenses will cost per participant Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P5, 500.00) inclusive of accommodation, meals & snacks, transportation, tour & souvenir t-shirt. The total amount may be charged to MOOE or any available local school funds, aid f rom the Municipal Government and Special Education Fund upon request. A two-day Service Credits can be claimed for Saturday and Sunday. Deadline for confirmation of participants shall be on or before May 23, 2015 for reservation purposes in MYVRPTC, Cebu City.
