Lawyer
A lawyer to join a fast growing reputable financial services organisation with a significant, and essentially international,
investment services, corporate, trust and tax advisory practice.
The position will entail dealing with challenging, interesting and varied assignments with a focus on investment services law,
in particular with Collective Investment Schemes, Fund Managers and Securities-related transactions, company law, trust and
foundation law, tax and related legislation.
The role will also include involvement in on-going regulatory compliance work handled for our international clients.
Applicants should ideally have good drafting, analytical and research skills. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate
an aptitude to fit in with the culture of the organisation and to be a team player.
The position calls for excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work on one’s
own initiative.
