We will cover the design and basic programming for MiContact Center from a MiVoice Business
perspective. This will include what is included in the base package as well as the benefit of overlaying
reporting, IVR, voice documentation & outbound. We will also review some basic business cases and
provide a full featured, yet economically practical solution to these needs.

advanced topics such as scripting and an mufti-media contact center during this time. This will allow you to
gain some perspective different tools you can introduce into your contact center to better serve your
customers. We will also review a list of features planned for the 9.0 release.

practices on the implementation and management of SDS, and a list of maintenance commands that every
technician should be aware of.

Mitel has released version 3 of the Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) Licensing. If you have
MiVoice Business and MiCollab, you could take advantage of package discounts for deploying applications
for your users, and simplify the deployment or administration leveraging single point provisioning via the
MiCollab portal. In this session learn how to take advantage of UCC licensing to maximize your current
investment while delivering more application value to your company. MiCollab includes desktop, mobile,
web clients as well as audio, web and video conferencing, voicemail and teleworker capability.
