To be considered for the Art & Handcrafts Category please submit the following

*Please note only items handmade in the USA are accepted for this event*
1. Please submit 4 photos of the items as well as any additional information (samples
that do not need returned) that will aid the DPI committee during the selection process.
2. A brief description of the items being sold.
3. Please submit your application in full by Friday, February 7, 2015. If selected, you
will be notified via email no later than Friday, February 20, 2015.
4. If selected, you will be required to submit payment per the dates listed on page two
of this application.

* All Art/Handcraft applications will be reviewed by the Discover Presque Isle Committee.
* We reserve the right to reject any application. If your application is not accepted, your
payment will be returned in full.
* Once accepted into the show and payment is received, there are NO REFUNDS.
* Space assignments are based upon the date that payment is received. Earliest applicants
receive highest placement priority.
*We try to accommodate the request of vendors for their previous spot, but event
coordinators hold the right to arrange vendors as they see fit.
*A letter and number must be requested. Please inquire with event coordinators for your
previous location.

Friday, July 24 - 12pm to 8pm
Saturday, July 25 - 10am to 8pm
Sunday, July 26 - 10am to 4pm
Non-Transferable Contract
A limited number of spaces are available.
ONLY ONE AREA PER CONTRACT, NO EXCEPTIONS!
We/I hereby agree to abide by the following conditions:
 Presque Isle Partnership shall not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to
the lessee or his/her employees or his/her goods from any cause whatsoever while said rental
areas are occupied under this agreement.
 The exhibitor agrees to remove from display all articles or signs objectionable to the Presque Isle
Partnership
 You must provide us with four photos and a brief description of your craft.
 Exhibitors must have a valid STATE SALES TAX LICENSE on the opening day of the show in
order to participate in the Discover Presque Isle event.
 No exhibit is to be removed, or packing to commence, until after the close of the show.
 No raffles are to be sold.
 No commercially made items are permitted in the Arts and Crafts areas. Any exhibitor found in
violating this rule will be asked to leave.
 If items not fitting this description, within the sole judgment of Presque Isle Partnership, are
found within your display such items will be required to be removed immediately and the vendor
will face possible ejection from the show.
 It is understood that Presque Isle Partnership provides NO TABLES or TENTS to exhibitors in
the show (unless paid for space under PIP tent).
 Vehicles must be parked only in the area that the show coordinators designate.
 No exhibit areas are to be moved/switched or rearranged by anyone other than the event
coordinator.
 All spaces must be packed up by 6:00pm on Sunday in order to complete the cleaning of the
Waterworks Area.
