Dynamiq’s Health & Wellness online
service provides you with the ability
to access the services, programs and
health library 24/7.
Online health check
The starting point for most users is
the online health check. This covers
biometrics, lifestyle, emotional and social
health and provides members with a
personalised health report including
guidance to improve their health and
an overall health score.
The de-personalised data from the
online health checks can then be used to
identify key health risks of an employee
population and implement programs
to address these risks.
Behaviour Change Programs
A range of behaviour change programs
are available to address key health
concerns. Programs include 12 weeks
of individual support for real lifestyle
improvement and include topics such
as weight management, sleep, stress
and resilience.
Health Library & Tools
Our online health library holds more
than 300 wellness related articles and
provides health tools such as the body
mass index calculator.
Newsletters
Monthly, branded newsletters are
produced for you to send to your
workforce. These include 2 articles
and 2 health bites and are designed to
maintain the momentum of the health
and wellness program to your team,
and reinforce your commitment to
helping them improve their health.
On-site integrated health kiosk
For a physical presence in your
workplace we can provide an integrated
health measurement station, ideal for
high traffic areas. This health kiosk
provides immediate key health metrics
including blood pressure, body mass
index and body weight, % body fat and
resting heart rate information. All of
which is then uploaded to participants’
personal health records and health risk
assessments (HRA).
Health kiosks can be moved to various
business locations to reinforce your
health and wellness program and
provide another point of entry for
your employees.
