AT THE LISTED ARRIVAL TIME
Have your hair and make-up completely done by the time listed below. Students will then be release to Ms.
Julia to prepare to go on stage. At this time parents will go enjoy the show. Eastside’s ultimate goal is the
performance experience. Groups will stretch and dance as well as enjoy the chance to see a few
performances on stage. After both their performances are complete, they will be free to go. Students be in
charge of finding their classmates backstage for awards. We also encourage dancers to stay and watch as you
will see a number of elite dancers. Each performance should inspire you as a dancer!
Please help us keep the energy high and the excitement for all dancers participating in the event.

2014 SOLO / DUET SCHEDULE
Below is your number and scheduled performance time.
Arrive at least 1 HOUR PRIOR to your listed performance time with
your hair and make-up done ready to go.
You will get dressed, stretch, and run your solo on your own prior to performing.
As a soloist it is your responsibility to be ready to go on stage at your scheduled performance time.
Keep your eye on the board and ask an experience teen to help if Ms. Julia is unavailable.
Be back stage at least 15 minute before scheduled time.
If Ms. Julia is unable to see your perform or be at awards please be sure to come find her and give her an
update on your performance experience! Thank you for an awesome year and enjoy every chance to dance!
