La réforme du classement des hébergements touristiques concerne les hôtels, les
campings, les résidences de tourisme et les meublés de tourisme. Les nouvelles
normes orientées client, doivent contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité des
équipements mais aussi des services pour l’ensemble des modes d’hébergement
concernés grâce à un modèle plus exigeant, complet et évolutif.
The reform of the ranking system for tourist accommodation concerns hotels, camping
sites, tourist residences and furnished tourist accommodation.
The new customer-oriented standards must contribute to improving the quality of
facilities and services for all the forms of accommodation concerned thanks to a more
demanding, complete and scalable model.
Les hébergements touristiques ont jusqu’au 23 juillet 2012 pour demander les nouvelles
étoiles, date limite de validité des étoiles attribuées avant le 27 décembre 2009 pour les hôtels
et avant le 1er juillet 2010 pour les autres modes d'hébergement.
Establishments providing tourist accommodation must request new stars before 23 July 2012, the
deadline for the validity of the stars assigned before 27 December 2009 for hotels and before 1 July
2010 for other types of accommodation.

classé, adresse au candidat locataire un
état descriptif conforme à l’arrêté du 8
janvier 1993. (Il est recommandé de le

2. Conditions de location. Les contrats de
location des meublés saisonniers ne sont
pas soumis aux dispositions relatives aux
contrats de location pour habitation
permanente.

Consumer Protection:
1. Description. Anyone with a classified furnished flat to rent must send the potential
customer a description in compliance with

2. Rental Conditions. The contracts for seasonal furnished rentals are not subject to the
provisions relating to rental contracts for
permanent housing.

1. Descrizione. Ogni locatore di appartamento ammobiliato classificato rivolge al candidato locatario una descrizione conforme al
decreto dell'8 gennaio 1993. (Si consiglia di
richiederlo).
2. Condizioni di locazione. I contratti di locazione
di appartamenti ammobiliati stagionali non
sono sottoposti alle disposizioni inerenti i
contratti di locazione per abitazione
permanente.

Nachstehend finden Sie einige Auszüge aus
dem Ministerialerlaß über die Aufteilung der
Kategorien von möblierten Wohnungen für
den Fremdenverkehr.
Verbraucherschutz :
1. Beschreibung. Die Vermieter einer möblierten, klassifizierten Wohnung sendet dem
potentiellen Mieter eine Zustandsbeschreibung gemäß Erlaß vom 8. Januar 1993 (Es
wird empfohlen, diese Beschreibung auf
jeden Fall anzufordern).
2. Mietbedingungen. Die Mietver träge für
saisonal möblierte Wohnungen unterstehen
in keiner Weise den Anordnungen für
Mietverträge von Dauer-wohnungen.
