Asset Management
• VMA can be the system of record for your assets or, though integration,
can leverage the data residing in your dispatch system.
• Relevant documents such as certificates, manuals, warranties, recalls, titles
and other information concerning an asset are maintained within
the VMA system.
• Detain assets that have CSA weighted DVIR failures via dispatch integration.
• Breakdown workflow applications integrate purchasing and T-Chek/
COMcheck MasterCard functionality.
Work Orders, Requests & Completion
• Create work orders from electronic or paper DVIRs which are then routed,
by domicile, through workflow to assign a technician and set priorities.

Asset Depreciation
• Provides real-time visibility to current value of individual assets by
VIN and/or Unit Number.
• As titles or other purchase documents are scanned into VMA, the
length of the depreciation schedule is entered into the application.
• The depreciation length triggers an amortization table that writes the
current value of the asset to a table by VIN and or Unit Number
on a daily basis.
System Configuration & Security
• VMA may be configured as a Cloud-based solution or hosted on-site
behind the carrier’s firewall.
• Security is configured in Active Directory or through EBE’s security system.
• Notifications and alerts can be sent through various channels
including text, email or posted to Web-based dashboards.
