Carrie Kirkman, most recently held the position of President, Jones Apparel Group
Canada and is an active member of the Global Advisory for G(irls)20, a renowned global
non-profit that aims to mobilize girls and young women for economic advancement
locally and worldwide.

Lisa Langley has extensive experience in Investment Management Services
infrastructure and institutional client development in Canada and the UK. Lisa spent ten
years at CIBC in executive positions, then served as COO of First Asset Advisory
Services in Toronto for 6 years. Lisa was the Vice President of Member Services for
IIROC (the Canadian securities industry regulator).
Catherine Karakatsanis

The Future of Women in Engineering
Catherine Karakatsanis is currently the Chief Operating Officer and is on the Board of
Directors at Morrison Hershfield, a North American engineering firm headquartered in
Toronto, Ontario. Catherine was named by the Women's Executive Network’s (WXN) as
one of its 2013 Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winners, and was
bestowed the award based on her leadership and success in the engineering sector, a
predominantly male driven industry.
