Job Objective
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for
all of our guests
Requirements:











We need university students (girls only – for day shifts, boys only – for night shifts)
Ability to converse in English freely (with guests, primarily)
Knowledge of Russian or Czech
Legal residence permit in the CR
Knowledge of the city of Prague and familiarity with Prague 1 area
Punctuality for shifts
High responsibility
Friendliness, sociability, and stress-resistance
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs
Equally perfect team work and independent work skills
Responsibilities:








Greeting every guest with enthusiasm and energy
Checking guests in and out, including all supplementary activities
Administer all existing reservations, extensions and room switching
Provide rooms cleaning reports for housekeepers
Serving and selling to multiple customers
Recording guests’ personal info, their stay and payment details, for law & legal purposes
Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
Follow instructions given by the management team
