RACE DAY IS
ALMOST HERE!
Thank you for registering for
Electric Run SeaTac! Read all the
below information carefully to
ensure the best experience
possible.
If you did not have your packet
shipped to your home, please
come to the Check-In Party to
check-in and get your race kit.
There is still room for your friends
and family to register before it sells
out! Remember, all kids 5 and
under run for free.
PACKET PICKUP
PACKET PICKUP DETAILS
• Please bring a printed or digital copy of your
confirmation email with the QR code on it.
• Avoid long lines the day of the event by coming early.
• Can’t make it? Have a friend grab your packet, by
sending them with a copy of your QR code.
• Remember, there are no refunds for the event.
• Wear your bib and bracelet to get into the event.
Your bib is your ticket past security, so don’t lose it!

ARRIVING TO THE EVENT
If you have yet to pick up your packet, plan on arriving to the event as early as 6:30pm. The event
will begin at 9:00pm. Getting from parking to the front of the start chute is going to take some time
considering the number of participants. Carpool if you can! There will be traffic guards and parking
staff directing you where to park. Please follow their direction as it is very common for traffic to get
backed up.
There is NO BAG DROP please leave valuables in the car and only take with you what you want on
the course.
WAVE STARTS
First Wave: 9:00 // Final Wave: 9:40
Runners will be released in waves
every 5 minutes
VIP Package participants will be sent onto
the course starting at 9:00 pm (guaranteed to
start in the first 4 start waves)
Runners will then be sent onto the course
starting at 9:10 pm.
If you arrive late, you will run in a later wave.
If you cannot make it by our final wave start
time at 9:40pm you should still come enjoy
our finish line celebration going until
12:00am.

DIRECTONS & PARKING
There will be parking attendents to assist in
Electric Run parking so be on the lookout for
them!

COURSE
The course will be on the parking lots and surrounding areas of the Washington State Fair Events
Center. You will witness between five and seven themed Course Lands which consist of light and
music, and extend between 500 and 2000 feet. As you run through the darkness between each
zone, you can anticipate elements such as larger than life candies, ethereal jellyfish, and dancing
rainbows.

PRE-PARTY &
FINISH LINE CELEBRATION
Our finish line celebration will keep going
until 12:00am!
Food and beverages will be available at
the pre-party and finish starting at 8pm.
Please bring cash or card for food and
beverage purchases.
No outside food or beverage will be
allowed inside the venue.
