he 1st Empowered21 India NextGen Youth
Conference was held in Kovalam, India from
March 25-27. A total of around 180 delegates
from all over India attended the Conference. The
venue of the Conference was the Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel located in Kovalam,
just by the beach.

featured
four
empowering sessions, open forum,
intercultural night by Central India
Theological Seminary, and two on-beach
object-lesson sessions.

The resource persons were Dr. Matthew
Thomas (E21India Chairman), Prof.Babu,
Rev. Thomas Kutty, and Dr. Domenic
Marbaniang. Issues addressed were
"Having a Winning Attitude", "Keys to
Fulfilling Destiny", "Consistency in Faith",
and "Challenge of Missions".

Jharkhand, North-East, Central Region,
and Bihar helped to lead and engage the
Empowering Session with Prof. Babu V.

On 26th night, the conference had an
open air intercultural program with
cultural presentations of various states,
music event, and rhetorical outreach. The
event drew crowds of scores staying in
the hotel.
