Combinations for ALL Classes who have completed (posted a score) at a
higher level more than once OR those combinations who have SIX 1 st, 2nd or
3rd placings at that level may start in the class but start with a handicap of 10
penalty points.
CONDITIONS:
Run under ESNZ/NZPCA Rules (August 2014).

NO dogs allowed at the cross country and must be on a lead at Manfeild.

MWCAPC reserves the right to alter or amalgamate classes; entries may be limited in all
non-championship classes

Riders must supply their own Back Number holders or may hire them for $30 ($20
refundable on return). PLEASE request with your online entry or notify the Secretary
before the event if you wish to hire a holder.

ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR A MEDICAL ARM BAND (on arm) FOR CROSS COUNTRY
AND SHOWJUMPING PHASES.

BODY PROTECTORS ARE COMPULSORY FOR CROSS COUNTRY PHASE.

Long sleeves are required at every phase.

GEAR CHECKS. There will be a gear check at every phase for NZPCA 80. Riders in
Classes NZPCA 95 and 105 should refer to Article 655 of the ESNZ Rules for
Eventing (August 2014).

APPROVED Helmets must be worn in all phases and to be worn at all times whilst
mounted.

MOUNT must be bridled at all times whilst ridden and must be four years of age or older
at the date of the competition.

NO COMMANDED TESTS.

Eliminated riders in cross-country for ALL Classes - MUST WALK HOME.

All classes receive ribbons/prizes 1 to 6 place.

Protests must be lodged with the Secretary (in writing) within 30 minutes after placing being
posted together with a $50 fee, refundable if protest upheld.

Prize giving for ALL Classes will be at the conclusion of their event. Riders to be on foot
and in correct attire otherwise prize MAY not be presented.

ENTRIES RECEIVED LATE OR PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED BY 3RD APRIL WILL
ATTRACT A $20 PENALTY AND WILL BE WAIT-LISTED. PREFERENCE WILL
BE GIVEN TO ENTRIES WHO NOMINATE A FENCE JUDGE AND PAY ONTIME.

If you wish to pay by Direct Credit – Bank A/c 060729 0089732 50 but please use your full
name as a reference. Please include a receipt of payment, as proof, with your entry.
Direct Payments must show in our account by 3rd April 2015 or Entry may NOT
be included in draw

Cheques payable to Manawatu West Coast Area Pony Clubs 2015 HT Championships .

Scratchings: Entry Fee refunded (less 20%) if scratched by 8.30 am on Tuesday 14th April
2015 (refer Article 646).

This event is only open to Riders up to the age of 25 years, as at the 1st August
2014.

Riders not entering online who are not a member of Pony Club must sign a day
membership form.

