CIPR Telematics Study Findings (Cont’d.) • State regulator concerns regarding the marketing/use of telematics UBI products – 23 jurisdictions answered in the affirmative – Concerns: 1) claims management; 2) pricing fairness between UBI consumers and those who wish to not participate; 3) privacy issues; and 4) data ownership and portability.
