2015 SUMMER & 2015-2016 Academic Year Volunteer Opportunities!
The mission of Esperanza is to improve the academic achievement of Hispanics in Greater Cleveland by supporting students to graduate high school and promoting
post-secondary educational attainment. Our programs offer experience, support, guidance, and skill-building to help a diverse community of children and adults find
and reach their potential.
KEY
Steps To Volunteer:
1) Express Interest in Volunteering!
2) Attend Interview
a. Provide necessary information for background checks
b. Sign Media Release (Voluntary)
3) After a successful background check, you will complete the online volunteer application
4) Begin volunteering!
ESP = Esperanza

OS = Off-site
Bilingual is a bonus!
Qualifications:
1) Graduated from high school and/or in the process of obtaining a college level degree, or have equivalent experience
2) Must have patience and strong desire to help students and adults achieve academic and personal goals
3) Must be able to volunteer the minimum requirement of program
